§2. Placing Orders and Concluding Agreements

1. Orders can be placed via the website 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
2. A sales agreement is concluded at the moment the order is confirmed by the Seller.

§3. Prices and Payments

1. All prices listed on the website are in Polish zlotys and include VAT.
2. The customer can choose one of the available payment methods:
   • electronic transfer (Przelewy24),
   • credit card payment,
   • other methods provided by the payment operator.

§4. Delivery

1. Orders are processed promptly, no later than within 7 business days after payment is credited.
2. Delivery is carried out within the territory of Poland.

§5. Right of Withdrawal

1. Consumers have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing a reason.
2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, a statement must be sent via e-mail or post to the company's registered address.
3. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the consumer.

§6. Complaints

1. Complaints can be submitted to the e-mail address: softax@softax.pl or by post to the Seller's registered address.
2. Complaints will be processed within 14 days of their receipt.
3. If the complaint is accepted, the customer will receive appropriate compensation (e.g., repair, replacement, refund).

§7. Personal Data

2. Personal data is processed to fulfill orders in accordance with applicable laws and the privacy policy.
